JK2006 Everyone - Judges,Commissions,Media - seems to think an allegation is always true. Despite Carl Beech, Jemma Beale and dozens of others, they consider them rare and not the tip of the iceberg. They simply cannot accept that some people lie, especially when there is money in it. They seem unable to see the vast majority of claims, most of which get dumped by police. They talk about "victims" - meaning only the genuinely raped or abused, ignoring those whose lives are destroyed by liars. No wonder Jurors often make the wrong decision.
