An orchestra established by Daniel Barenboim and the late academic Edward Said, comprised of Palestinian and Israeli players.

Their aims are not delusional. They don't believe they can bring peace. But they work to stop ignorance and promote the idea that people can disagree without hating.

On so many fronts we need the latter spirit now.

I know it is primarily pop fans on this site - for obvious reasons - but give the orchestra a listen, or just a read.
