There seem to be a lot of hospitals in Gaza (judging by the map here www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-67087035) so if Hamas has an extensive network of tunnels, it seems plausible they'd be under some hospitals. But evidence in the form of a couple of rusty guns, an old chair and a cat doesn't seem very convincing.
There also seems to be a lack of information on how many Hamas terrorists Israel is killing or taking captive, while there are constant updates on the soaring number of civilians killed in Gaza.
As this goes on I find my sympathy for Israel having suffered the attacks of 7 October waning, since the carnage and suffering of civilians in Gaza is so huge. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the Palestinian children who manage to survive this will be radicalised by their experience and perhaps turn out even more extreme than the adult mambers of Hamas today.
For once Jo, I agree with you. Weapons and peoples hatred for other people only gets bigger and progressive.
There 2 factions will drag it out it more.

I think everyone's sympathy for Israel is waning Jo; they have handled this so stupidly. As Hamas would have known full well they would (what an evil organisation bringing this down on the heads of their people). Israel will say it had no choice. But it did. |

I don't trust either side of this conflict between terrorists.
I would not be at all surprised if HAMAS was using hospitals and schools to conceal forces and headquarters.
I would not be at all surprised if Israel was hyping and contriving fake evidence to justify their murders of the innocent.
But I think it's disgraceful that other countries are supporting either side of terrorists. |
