3.5m who haven't lived in the UK for more than 15 yrs or paid taxes can now vote in UK elections.
I can vote in a UK election.
Tories think most will vote for them.
Issues in your town could be decided by someone who does not live there
8 million of the poorest are not on the electoral register. Govt not bothered.
