d AV iD Sad news that German hit producer Frank Farian has passed away at aged 82

Frank had the Midas touch and was an incredible studio wiz.. On the Boney M records he sung the male parts and quite often he'd sing the falsetto female parts as well.
He made great use of the studio effects device The Harmonizer to give that distinctive male vocal sound in Rasputin, Daddy Cool, Ma Baker.
