Green Man	Mary Bell did once strangle a cat or tried to. It seems that her mother was in to that. No doubt Mary Bell was used in her mother's sex game's. Has we know Mary has kept her nose clean but she has a new name, and is probably a grandma by now. However how do that bring the toddler back?
Wyot	I don't think well-balanced teenagers with appropriate levels of empathy would search the dark web for scenes of torture. Let alone enjoy them if they saw them. We so often assume cause and effect. Mary Bell strangled two toddlers decades before she could log into a dark web: her life was a dark web, living in one room with her prostitute mother who specialised in sado-masochistic sex. I suspect we will find that this girl killer's background was the main factor here as well. The dark web is a reflection. Not a new phenomenon causing evil.
Green Man	So you can get into trouble for having copies of Mein Kampf in certain countries. Amazon and the authorities monitor who buys The Anarchist Cookbook online. The Anarchist Cookbook is a honeypot and rightly so. You can get banned from social media for saying rude words and spreading so-called misinformation. You can arrested for posting a harmless meme. How come the killer's messages were not red-flagged and not reported? A lot of dark websites are traps also. M15/M16 set up bogus sites to get information from users.
