Plagiarism does tend to happen by accident.There is only a number of chords and along with a 4 beats in a bar.
My Sweet Lord does like He's So Fine and in so many ways.
I do admire George Harrison solo work a great deal and I do think the court room made the right decision.
George Harrison did record This Song afterwards. The Beatles did seem to have huge chips on their shoulders.

Two years older than me (we fell out when my version of He's So Fine was played in his court case and made him lose the plagiarism suit over My Sweet Lord - we never spoke again. Hear it on Spotify).
