Toronto Upcoming - a pivotal by-election, which could lead the way to a new government. Previously the Conservative majority was less than 4k.

Recent new First Ministers/Prime Ministers in Scotland, Wales, the Republic and Northern Ireland - evidence a changing political landscape.
