I used to love a fry up but with IBS they are now a no-no.

Know nothing about IBS, but if a healthy person can't throw a few well-sourced/top quality UK rashers and sausages on to a frying pan, every now and then - there's something wrong with the world. Beans and mushrooms too!
Pork Butcher For IBS try a Keto based diet.
Cut out the carbs from a breakfast and load up with meat and eggs. Whatever you do use Olive oil and animal fats, not cheap veggie oils.

Green Man This in Gen Z Robbie. The generation who need Youtube videos for everything, even for changing light bulbs and fuses.

They rather look at Tic Tok than whats going on around them. I do hate crispy bacon; I like it pink and slightly undercooked, then again it's only for pasta dishes.

Mushrooms are basically water, then again I like them with some juicy steak or offal.
