Does he even have money in the bank? I know he sold his back catalogue but he sold his songs a cheap.
I think any compliation that is made are pressed in Europe. Rock N Roll was used for years even after his conviction, to be in sporting events, I thought they didn't have to pay royalties. Unless he is still making money from Oasis.

There are specifically TWO law firms who specialise in this kind of thing and they usually do it NO WIN NO FEE - I call it Using the Law to Break the Law. Believe me they will get at least half of any payments which should probably take years to extricate - until long after Gadd's death. If at all. Check out the JANNER situation.
The SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) are well aware of these firms - they are like the many that popped up over WHIPLASH years ago. Most are now bust (or reopened under other names). |

Andrew Malkinson, needs to be compensated but how are they going to give him back 20 years of his wasted years? |

I am surprised he even had that amount in his account. I still think that Gadd blew his licence on purpose. There would be no way on Earth, he could live a normal life outside of prison. The media turned Dorset in to a media circus.
We don't know what Glitter did and didn't do apart from downloading perverted filth, which is more than enough. Howeverm, there is a lot of nonces in the country that have blended in to society after their jail times if they are not outed. This would of happened to Glitter if he was not a pop star. Glitter was a just a great showman but a very average pub singer at best.
The ITV doc was a terrible programme, it was a copy and paste from old documentaries and lot of the footage was lifted from Youtube. I thought there would of been interviews from his closest friends or family even if their faces or names were blurred out. |
