robbiex I much preferred it when Federer beat Murray in the 2012 championships. With all the fuss that went on that year with Murray crying on centre court, you would have thought it had won it. Murray has 3 grand slams. Stan Warwrinka has 3, but you don't hear much fuss about him. Federer has 20 and Djokovic has 24, so they are hardly comparable
JK2006 Watching the excellent show on him (BBC iPlayer) last night I remembered how his winning Wimbledon first time was one of the most fabulous moments of my entire life. He was coached by Ivan Lendl who I also adored (and interviewed when he was a teenager on New York radio). Another wonderful tennis moment for me was when Goran Ivanivesic (my other tennis hero) won in 2001.
