Green Man There needs to be better training programmes and punishment for starters. There needs to be a team of investigators viewing each case so the innocent are out ASAP.
JK2006 Total disinterest (it's not easy to find shelter and food outside - in prison it's all provided). But confusion why a minor sex offender (no violence; total consent etc) is so much more dangerous than a mugger, thief or forger.
