JK2006 Fascinating Hedda.

Hedda Us Very Old people recall when queer was not used but 'camp' was a euphemism for gay.

This came oddly enough from Australia in the late 1800s where the lack of females meant gay bordellos were present and arrested gay men had K.A.M.P stamped on their police file...known as male prostitute !

Some history for you.

As odious as I find Starmer this is hardly his fault after years of Tory rule.

But I doubt he'll be any better handling it.

Fact checked: The false far-right claims that sparked riots in Southport and across UK

...Fake: The police withheld information for dubious reasons

Nigel Farage MP posted a video on Monday questioning whether the “truth is being withheld” from the public regarding the identity of the suspect. That later sparked conspiracies that the suspect’s past was being hidden.

These conspiracies are untrue.

The reason Rudakubana was not initially named - and further details pertaining to his identity were not published - is because of reporting restrictions.

As is standard, police did not name the person they had in custody as they continued to question him and he had not yet been charged....

Farage joins calls for Parliament to be recalled and claims ‘soft policing’ at BLM protests to blame for riots

He knows that throwing in a reference to blacks will give a nod and a wink to fellow travellers and stir them up.

It was going to happen anyway Jo. The cup can only take so much water.

When it comes to name and calling it's so meaningless. Every insult becomes over used. Owen Jones came up with Gammons but conservatives are now using it. It's like when Blacks use the N word or when gays use Queer which use to be an insult but it's now part of their pride flag.

Farage is a far right rabble rouser.
Exactly. And he's doing it again in that video.

"... the far right are a reaction to fear, to discomfort, to unease that is out there, shared by tens of millions of people."

Signalling to people who don't like non-whites that he's with them.
