MCR This is an everyday scene in Manchester thanks to coverage from youtubers who show
the general decline.
Piccadilly Gardens (also known as Crackadilly gardens) is the home of "crackheads"
the general term used to describe drunks and druggies.
The "Hovel" in the gardens was closed a few months ago due to it being a regular
hangout for addicts.
