JK2006 You can be sure one thing will NOT be raised - how about the hundreds of USELESS lawyers who failed the sub post masters over the years? Like Andrew Malkinson, Brian Buckle, Oliver Campbell and so many others - nobody condemns the failures of their previous defence teams. It took a tiny charity (APPEAL - donate to them) and good pro bono KCs (Ed Henry and Max Hardy) to overturn that ghastly miscarriage of justice. 17 years of total incompetence by useless lawyers gets ignored. WHY? It is SOOO obvious - bad defence lawyers are just as guilty as Post Office officials.
