How do you help others Barney? Do you mean just supporting people around you or something more specific? I don't mean this in a challenging way, just genuinely interested.
Al Gershwin Nothing vaguely new there - everyone gets old! What's important is making the best out of your life.

Using your abilities (mine remote) well, helping others and closely watching the planet/life change.

To do all that - one's health is paramount. Every day, your BP (blood pressure levels) must be checked.

Usually easy to adjust, with a small pill. Statins for any cholesterol is another common daily fix, if necessary.
Green Man Ringo Starr cancels his tour. He says it's a cold, no doubt there is more than he is letting on.

All the hair dye, Botox, easy living and expensive clothes in the world will not stop the ageing process. Joe Walsh looks terrible with Botox and surgery, his voice shows his age sadly. I haven't heard anything positive about The Eagles Manchester resident gigs.

JK2006 I can look and feel younger and older than (almost) 80 depending on the weather.

I do actually look 20 years younger than my age and always have. (no plastic surgery..OK some lipo)

But at my advanced age it's not actually an advantage as I get none of the sympathy for old age and am expected to skip along cheerily.
