Jo Great to hear this, JK. It sounds as if your swimming is doing you a power of good. A GP once told me that swimming was the best exercise. Did I take him up on it? No. Too much of a faff.
Green Man I wish swimming was a skill I did have.
Downing Street Cat Live well, sleep well, eat well. You'll make 90 old boy.
JK2006 My optician (who photographs the back of my eyeballs - ever since I had Diabetes) says it's because I never smoked or did drugs and hardly drank. I tell him no - it's down to my twice yearly massive bouts of swimming for 5 hours a day for about 6 months in every 12.
JK2006 My annual checkups on all my bodily functions were completed today. My eyes are fine - well, as fine as they were. My teeth are 100%. Blood pressure fine. No cholesterol problems. I may reach 80! Hooray!!!
