JK2006 Twelve years ago yet SOO pertinent today.
JK2006 I've posted this before - I believe it had a huge effect on the Whiplash fiasco and is even more appropriate today with hopeful criminals thinking No Win No Fee is a "Get Out Of Jail Free" card whereas it is in fact anything but. Lord Reed is now the top senior Supreme Court Lord. It is a long read requiring concentration but well worth it - every word.
