Rich Det Supt Kenny McDonald and his officers don't sound like they know what their actual jobs are.

I'm struck by the absurdity of someone putting out an appeal for people to come forward saying they will be believed when he doesn't even know at that point who might come forward or what they will even say. That is preposterous.
