The new breed of billionaires seem determined to make themselves not only unpopular but are creating powerful enemies.
Gone are the days in the USA when once you become incredibly wealthy the next step was to set up a charity foundation in your name as a sort of thank you to the country for allowing you to create wealth.
Even worse is we are told we must somehow admire these creatures because of their wealth or admire them when their wealth building usually involves demolishing people in the 100,000s by reducing wages, sacking those who want an union and so on.
I wouldn't, as I have said before, ever catch a plane with one of them. Most create very dangerous enemies.
As Luigi demonstrated, blow back can be deadly.

I believe in free speech if it's not slanderous of course.
No censorship at all GM, is as bad as too much. Simply because it allows liars to spread lies. And we all know stupid people will believe them. Fact Checkers --though never believed---were vital in calling out the peddlers of bullshit.
Facebook and X could easily be replaced by similar platforms
Many have tried and failed.

So it's ok for the media to publish bullshit?
When the news websites get caught out they will delete the link and hope people have forgotten all about it. Wayback Machine is an online gem to find deleted news from the MSM.
Garbage papers like the Guardian will say it's "satire" or settle of court which they had to with Kyle Rittenhouse, Nick Sandman and a former business/investor partner of mine, who was a bit of a hot shot in The City in the early 1990s. Met him via a friend of a friend.
Again Cat is it ok for the media to publish bullshit? Whilst people in their bedrooms can't publish alternative news cycles, which are probably the real news.

So what? It's still freedom of thought, expression and opinion.
