It seems to me that Musk's comments on "moving on" from the holocaust and these salutes ("joke" or not), could pave the way, particularly with the horrors Israel is committing in Gaza, to sanitising Nazi and other atrocities.
Liberals may be "hysterical" but it is for good reason. Too many people these days don't pay enough mindfulness to history being the most relevant knowledge source today to learn from.
However, I would not de-frock this priest. I loathe this "cancel culture". I would just tell him to grow up... |

He does seem to have a capacity to hurt though such as his infamous "pedo guy" insult because a simple social worker saved a bunch of trapped kids and criticized Musk's ridiculous "pod" desire to rescue them.It ruined the man's life.
His treatment of Tesla and "x' workers is just nasty.
Robinson is just a right wing ratbag and one would think there is something in the fact the hard right church he was a pastor of, that they fired him specifically over the "Roman" salute and that they acknowledged the salute as being offensive.
I bet if you see parents waving to their kids when they leave for school, you think it's a Nazi salute.
I bet you have have DSS on your speed dial.
When Jewish people tell me they are scared as they recognized a Fascist salute I believe them.
