They leave this to the very last sentence: "Along with the United States, some other countries that voted no were Russia, North Korea and Israel."

Rich This headline looks really dreadful to me.

I've been trying to work out if it's just a deliberately and provocatively worded anti-Trump biased slant on proceedings or not. Putin must be having a wet dream over all this at the moment. Only yesterday we had Zelensky saying he would quit as Ukraine President to secure peace, when it should be the Russian aggressor who should be offering that for peace.
