Oh look this MP, elected for Labour last summer has got out after just a couple of nights after an appeal, that was quick in itself. How come such a lightning rapid appeal in the very same week as the original sentence?
The appeal suggested the original ten week sentence was spot on, but then decided to suspend it. EH???
How do you get caught red handed on camera quite clearly launching an attack on a member of the public like that and get that kind of leniency? The original sentence was already lenient anyway.
Now just imagine the roles reversed here, the victim of Amesbury flattened the MP to the ground and punched him repeatedly. Suspended sentence, are you kidding, he wouldn't even be looking at a jail sentence in weeks or months, but years and any appeal court would probably increase the sentence.
Could there be political interference going on here? It's an egregious example of two tier Keir Britain.
When you appeal and lose costs an effing fortune, not everyone has a wallet as thick as Mike Amesbury or have lawyers in their pocket. He was probably told to plead guilty, stand down as an MP but work for your Labour mates behind the scenes.
Did you Nil by Mouth? Most of the working classes are set up to fail, unless they get money. |

Then the bloke who hit the MP would be called a "far right thug*thug" or a "racist".
And three years prison time in solitary. |

Twatty lawyers and a bent judges Rich. If you plead not guilty but found guilty they see it as lying in court. People posting silly shit online should not be in cells.
Starmer is bricking because Reform are gaining momentum. They will gain a lot in
Local Elections and by elections.
The gentleman who who shouted at a police dog being jailed, he might have have a genuine fear of dogs. Police and court will never take that into consideration. |

So beating the shit out of someone only gives 10 weeks in prison, sending a 'mean' tweet gives you 2.5 years.
Two-tier justice, why was Peter Lynch in prison in the first place?
Protesting against the terrorist murder of little children, hurty words and holding a placard listing globalist traitors?
Why have some of these people sentenced to these absurdly long terms not appealed? Is it because they made the fatal mistake of pleading guilty at the outset after being intimidated into doing so against their own best interests? |
