hedda So Tesla car sales are now plummeting in Australia by 72% and it's blamed on Musk. Plus people cannot off load their older cars.

I admit I was an EV fan originally but I'm a tad freaked out by the potential fire hazard. Not that there have been endless fires but when they happen they are fierce.

I've been in 2 Teslas with the same owner. Some things I loved..nice smooth quiet ride, comfortable and love the idea there are many cameras to catch any accident. But I hated the IPAD thingy the driver kept looking at. The overall design was reasonably modern.

But what have they got against buttons for things like the radio?

He also sold his older Tesla to a relative who has had huge problems in his apartment block with being banned from the underground car park..fire risk and the need for the building to increase insurance plus he isn't allowed to use the apartment block to re-charge.

He's also a left wing voter but I don't think he'll be destroying it.

hedda These crap cars are financed by public subsidies to the world's biggest Welfare Queen who at the same time moans about others getting government payments.

Seems then the general public might feel the right to burn the rubbish autos they pay for(I don't agree with the destruction) but you must be clairvoyant to actually know what's in the minds of the destroyers.

Have any proof the "left" are responsible or just a notion?

Amazing how some people rail against some government spending..say for a TV network yet never a peep out of them for something like Tesla receiving tens of millions of UK pounds (same same Canada and USA)...£188 million in UK subsidies since 2016... for cars bought only by the wealthy.

Tesla will be destroyed at the stock market. Only a matter of time before the artificially supported price plummets again.

Tesla sales are plummeting throughout the world ( new Chinese brands are far superior) and the re-sale value is hitting rock bottom.

The erratic CEO should have resigned right after his "Nazi" moment. It does not matter what you think the salute was..it matters what others think it was especially in Germany where they can't give Teslas away now.

A normal CEO would have stepped down after such a brand destructive moment (forget the politics..this is business) or sane shareholders should have demanded he do so but no, they are blundering ahead towards destruction.
Green Man I thought the left were the caring ones.

Again it seems to be mostly white and middle class who are the culprits.
