None of it can be Hedda.
From bomb "collateral damage" to starvation to shooting.
I'm not saying you are - as you are clearly a very humane man from your posts - but once gradations of ways to murder enter the language we are in big trouble as a species, as we have allowed, normalised killing, otherwise than by X or Y.
People have a right to life. Or, thou shou not kill. Pick your preference. |

Perhaps the biggest issue - curtailing the UN's ability to act - is the Power of Veto, and others, held by the 5 Permanent Members.
This is simply a route to procrastination, delay and inaction - and can't be disputed. Set up in NYC, after WW2 - UN's had its day.
Really an unfulfilled aspiration - and currently a talking shop....

Drop tons of food and aid into GAZA by air? Why can't the UN send 250,000 people into GAZA to protect the humans in the place (and free the remaing hostages)? I bet if the UN asked us Brits for volunteers, millions of us would do so. Why can't we have leaders for humanity as opposed to local dithering cunts running countries?
The answer is that the majority of powerful UN countries support the mass murder of Palestinians.
And yes the Hamas attack was an atrocity. I cannot understand the thinking behind it & what HAMAS leaders thought would be a victory.
Israel has only survived for decades on the $Billions the US gives it. They then use that money to donate to politicians around the world and thus gain their support.
But the tide seems to be turning as on the deliberate starvation of Gazans which is a war crime,
And where are the Arab countries? The obscenely rich Saudi Arabia who are an Israel ally?
Likewise mega wealthy Qatar who support and host Hamas?
All I see is Egypt vainly trying to help with food aid with 100s of aid trucks lined up but Israel blocking their entrance.
Brave Israelis like the former PM Olmert are speaking up.
Israel could use the excuse that bombing hospitals was destroying Hamas tunnels and get away with it without question.
But deliberate starvation cannot be justified. |

Correct WYOT except you spell "countries" wrong! |

I think this is probably what JK meant by "local dithering cunts running countries".
Red tape can be lifted if any of the cunts wanted to or dared risk their careers. Put those poor suffering multitudes above localism and ego.
This is what it comes down to... |
