Newcastle have had around 7 managers (experienced) in the last 10 years ... the LAST thing they need is for someone to "practise" on them !
Mike Willis He is a very good pundit, however, would he want to swap roles for a football manager's job. That is why Shearer has come out and said 'Newcastle don't want me'.

Mind you, the cost of failure is very tempting on the football stage, McLaren gets 2.5 million for England, Big Sam gets a few million from Newcastle.

Maybe failure is the new success.
