hedda Charlie Veitch is a bully with a camera.

Social media has given license to society's nitwits to create havoc and be downright nasty to others while financially rewarding them.

There are currently 2 high profile cases where so-called "pranksters" are awaiting court appearances abroad who are subjects of YouTube videos.

Johnny Somali is being pursued in the South Korean courts for insulting citizens even though he was deported from Japan for the same.

Russian Vitaly who has apparently made a fortune for his harassing videos is languishing in a Filipino jail and faces years there for harassing Philippine citizens on the street.

You are welcome Cat, he is not liked in Manchester, he is too friendly with the police, but he is happy demeaning people with serious mental health problems and addictions. He admits he needs content for his channel for money.

Oddly, it seems most people can do their tasks in the city centre without issues, but trouble always comes his way.
