Green Man Normally, you can tell when a dog or cat has rabies, but you should pet any stray with caution or better still, not at all. I was told by a conservationist that one of the worst things people do is feed strays. As nature takes over.
JK2006 Oh indeed I do and often pet stray dogs and even the odd cat! The end of the world is nigh.
