JK2006 I could never get any sense out of Munro when he was PCC in Surrey. He refused to examine Surrey Police, aided by CC Ephgrave and CC Stevens. He spent a lot of time with Stephen Ireland and supported him (this was back in 2018 and 2019). Partly thanks to me he was voted out by Surrey voters and replaced by current PCC Townsend who was no more helpful.
