Solihull Exile	A disaster waiting to happen! The whole system needs overhalling,Victorian planning may have been applicable a long time ago,but bears no resembalance to today's serious problems.
JK2006	The Government and the media delight in ignoring prison reports - they set up an inspector (Anne Owers) and then ignore her observations. Prisons are now so over crowded and under funded that the results are... much more reoffending on release (we don't seem to care) and a real chance of something I predict will happen this year - a full scale riot in one prison with inmates (some very dangerous) escaping into the local town and multiple deaths, rapes, robberies and other crimes resulting. Don't say we didn't warn you when it happens.
