The Cat He's popular with some, and despised by others. But which world leader isn't?

Yes, they had a very good free Education system and welfare state. Plus they make quality cigars.
In The Know I gather that Castro is rather popular in Cuba ... their welfare state and education system is reckoned to be one of the finest anywhere in the world.
Godiver Say what you like about Castro (unless you live in Cuba of course) but that man has taken 'chav chic' and run with it in his old age. He could be the nth member of goldie looking chain in some of his recent trackies!
