Mike Willis The nice side to it, is that Evans is now on loan at Sunderland playing quite well according to a friend who supports them.

I think it made page 36 of the D-Mirror. I wish they would arrest people making false accusations, then they made not be so many wrongful arrests. If JK appeal is successful, will his false accusers get charged, however, in 2001 none of them did.

J-Evans accuser made a lot of money out of it and surprise surprise the therapist publicist seemed to be behind that as well.

He appeared in that awful Kerry Katona show on MTV, not that I saw it, I just saw the trailers for it. His therapy has done nothing for her career.
mikemacca it's a money grabbing world and sick unscrupulous people (members of the public as well as the publicists) never miss a chance. This will continue while we have a gutter media who thrive on ruining people's lives and careers just to sell a rag
JK2006 and don't forget the money JC; not just compensation but media interview fees - but the false accusers need a good publicist to sell the stories of course.

That conduit of evil.
JC There seem to have been a lot of similar accusations against footballers in the last few years. Most end in acquittal. I suppose it's because footballers are now classed as celebrities, they draw the attention seekers.
JK2006 or another false accuser bites the dust?

You judge if you spot the tiny mention that footballer Jonny Evans is not being prosecuted for rape - and compare it to the front page spreads when he was accused.

So how come this great story isn't given more space? Because the law does not allow the slag to be named.

So the tabloids can't smear the picture of the false accuser all over their pages.

So another vicious crime - quite possibly caused by desire for money (though spite, revenge, attention seeking, sympathy, justification for failure, celebrity stalking, genuine delusion, madness and other causes can provoke fake claims too) - goes unpunished, leaving the lady to make another claim another day.

Perhaps she forgot to ask advice from a good publicist.
