In The Know So .... the MoD can arrest someone within hours of the Screws of the World publishing a video, and 3 further arrests are made within days.

How come, then, that the Military Police / MoD have to wait until a national newspaper reveals such abuse - and how come they can react so quickly when then don't like the publicity?

It also highlights a further point - just how many more incidents have not (yet) been publicised?
