Similar problem, which we solved by watching the lower bandwidth version, which is fine in quality anyway. |

Thanks for this cc - our techies are checking on it.
As you can guess this is the first time something like this has been tried and we are still ironing out hiccups.
They usually seem to come from the broadband connection of the viewer which always fluctuates but this should not happen.
We can see from the viewing figures that most seem to be watching for the full 96 minutes and we assumed those who don't just stop through their own volition but this is something we shall investigate.
All I can say is keep trying and perhaps use one of the lower quality/lesser bandwidth ones. |

Hey, I've been trying to watch your film (which I'm really enjoying, by the way). Anyway the one on the website freezes after 18 mins, and the .avi I downloaded stops after 35.
Am I the only one to have this problem? Seems a little bizarre. |
