Mart An interesting further dentist anecdote that I have been reminded of.

Before moving and when I had an NHS dentist, I asked if they could repair my chipped front teeth.
"Not a problem", I was told.

After moving and having to go private, I asked the same question of the new dentist.
"I`m afraid not, they are too weak!"

Which probably translates to, "I might break them and you may take legal action and as I don`t get my free swimming pool until 2012, I can`t take the risk....."
Marcus I believe I'm right in saying JK had free use of a swimming pool at one point a few years back!
That'll give me something to look forward to when they lock me up for refusing to carry an ID card, or for daring to have an unfashionable opinion. I fear I may live long enough for it to happen.
BR Doubt if anyone will be able to afford the fuel by 2012 if it keeps going up at this rate.

But just think, Mart, before long you'll be able to console yourself with a free swim.

Personally, I cannot wait till they come round to dig up my back garden and build a lovely swimming pool for me free of charge. I can't swim, but just think of the value added to my house. Oh, did I get the wrong end of the stick?

You will get your pool but be careful diving in, as if you crack your teeth, it will cost you a fortune !
