DJones Yes, these are the four best teams so far, but Italy & (maybe) Germany (the last two games were really bad) could gather momentum.

I hate the way, UEFA is producing the TV-transmissions: Too many close-ups (Ballack screaming, but you can't see at whom), way to many silly replays, too many reaction-shots of the fans, silly camera angles (maybe alright for after game reports, but not during the game).
Anthony Don't rule out my Italians, JK. They made it after all, and are famous for gathering momentum as tournaments progress. The Spanish, on the other hand, are famous for flattering to deceive.

Couldn't agree more that it has been a fantastic Euro 2008. I'm loving it, and it's all the better for the lack of the false hope and inevitable disappointment which results from England's participation.
JK2006 All have team class and individual stars - this has been a terrific Euro2008, probably all the better without us.
