JK2006 I'm having a McVitie's Jamaican Ginger Cake for tea; takes me back to Belmarsh in 2001; one of the few luxuries you could buy on "canteen" - the shop for weekly extras you could buy from your wages, every prison has one.

I can't tell you how wonderful things are when they no longer become standard.
