JK2006 It started here in my area when I took root here over 40 years ago.

Used to be a tiny but fun little parade. Now it's massive, like Rio.

Always fun though. But noisy. All those bloody whistles. We launched my Who Let The Dogs Out here in the 90s, as Fatt Jakk and his Pack Of Pets.
