JK2006 I think my favourite fact was hearing that Powell is working on his friend Bolt's car when home in Jamaica.

If true that is delicious.

JK2006 I've spent 2 weeks to my surprise two feet from my TV screen gazing at the fabulous Olympics - my faves? Michael Phelps, lovely Rebecca and those fantastic Jamaican sprinters.

Incidentally, in the lunch box contest I reckon Trinidad beats Jamaica.
