Topic History of: Paul McGann to return? Dr Who

Al I saw there were no posts since 7.15pm, so thought I'd inject a bit of something into the board.

It's been reported recently that Paul McGann may return to the role of The Doctor, in Dr Who, but alongside David Tennant for a special episode. I liked Paul McGann's Doctor so that is good news.

Other stories coming from the Dr Who camp include the idea that more Time Lords could be found fozen in a parallel universe during the next series. It would seem odd if the limited ability Daleks could survive the Time War and the far advanced Time Lords could not.

Also, Moffat isn't interested in re-introducing Billie Piper or using old 'monsters'. He wants to look forward.
Apparently, the next series, in 2010, will be darker and will see the Doctor find two new companions, one male one female.

So, some interesting changes ahead.
