I too have found most policemaen to be extremely polite-the only one who threatened me was bizarre as it was in the 70's and I'd just left the Marquee wearing make-up (normal for then but not for him).Fortunately I was saved by the very nice Simon White who happened to be leaving at the same time.
But that's also an indication of the problem. Stitching people up becomes second nature and and a person who is normally placid remains so even when they become institutionalised to to being corrupt ! |

Which is what I found, and loathed, about them when they stitched me up.
Smiles, coffee, good manners - and they were busy screwing me.
At the Old Bailey one officer got so annoyed, that every day I shook their hands and asked how they were, that they complained to the Judge that I was being nice to them. Could he stop me please?
Didn't like their own medicine. |
