Denise My 15yr old nephew received an email from Bebo saying that he was in danger of having his account deleted. The reason was that he had tried to transfer a video from Youtube which was of a clip from the Channel 4 show The Family. The title of the clip was "Tit for Tat". It's quite a well known phrase, but Bebo have obviously caught the word "Tit" and assumed that it was a porn video. Quite obviously they do not view the videos before they take action.

He has sent them an email explaining, but I can guess that it will never be read by human eyes.

I remember a while ago when my hubby submitted a music review to a website and it was rejected for containing the word cock. Actually he'd described the music as cocktail jazz. I guess peacock and cockerill would also be rejected.

Auto checkers might save time, but they don't posess any degree of real judgement. They are no substitute for a human editor.
