Mart Well, Paddy, the nicest butcher that I know (although not always the greatest , sorry Paddy;)* ) insisted that I try his Chinese chicken which he had marinated himself.
I threw it into a low oven for an hour, forgot about it, and threw some stir fried vegetables into a wok and that was it.

Not bad at all actually, there is some left over and we were fed for

But no less than THREE fish shops (Fishworks and others) said "we don't sell fresh water fish".
