Mart I have ordered a 3 bird roast amongst other items in advance from the butcher.

I cannot wait to try this at Xmas as I was a little stuck for ideas this year and was tempted to take the family out.

I imagine the odd veggie will be appalled by this as the 3 birds that will be in it are probably merrily walking around currently wondering why everyone is pampering them so much, but I have seen this dish prepared and it is one heckuva skill.*
