steveimp I've refused to read anything on Baby P. My thoughts have always been for that poor little boy who thankfully is not suffering anymore.

Having a special needs child of my own I cannot believe the attitude of Haringey social services, we have perhaps 3 or 4 visits a week from professionals to assess and give our son some form of therapy and not one of those would miss anything different about him.
I'm Not A Celebrity It's all about making money isn't it? Justice for Baby P? No chance, he's being abused all over again by greedy no good opportunists. And the public lap it all up. Good grief!
JK2006 Yes, another "ex girlfriend" has just been on the news saying "he used to torture animals"!

It really does make one vomit. Everyone cashes in; vague contacts, social workers, cabinet ministers, judges, commentators - most of all, the meeeejah who LOVE a good story, especially involving dead babies.

It makes me sick too but I did predict it 8 years ago. Give most people the chance to make money or get publicity or get sympathy and they will suck it up like Smarties - especially when urged to do so by bent cops looking to increase their conviction rates, brownie points and budgets.
I'm Not A Celebrity What depravity will some human beings stoop too to rake in a bit of money? Yesterday's NOTW outlined in horrific detail the 'true' extent of the abuse suffered by Baby P from the mouth of an alleged teenage witness. The teenager apparently witnessed baby p having his fingernails ripped out; she saw him being dropped to the floor like a 'rag doll' and punched and thrown. And she watched all of this and did nothing. Still 'racked with guilt' for not having done something at the time, the witness manages to suddenly find the strength to not stop rabbiting about her experiences in the house where the inhumane atrocities occurred.

Or perhaps she gave her story to the NOTW free of charge? How many more 'broken hearted' 'guilt ridden' 'friends' of Baby P are going to come forward now it's too late to save the poor child?

I feel sick!
