Try switching off at mains and leave off for around 10 mins. Switch back o and see if that helps. Sometimes helps depending on extent of problem.
Denise	I still rely on the free to air channels. Outnumbered is one of the better BBC outputs. I could thoroughly relate to the scene with the neighbours, and the two younger kids steal the show just as younger kids tend to dominate a household. This is real situation comedy.
