david let me get you straight BR

My original post was about France and Hungary going through the same things as we are.

are you saying that Brown is responsible for their woes as well?

I love this message board as it is a haven of free speech, but there are limits...
BR The spin by BROWN is the same accross the World.

The economy was sucked under by greedy British and USA banks - who were deregulated by a man called....er BROWN - who was the architect not just of the UK crisis but he is enjoying watching the World "burn" - that is why he has that insane grin on his face all the time.

The ENRON hole was the start - and it has gathered pace as money has been sucked out of the system by the NWO bankers. So yes - the World is suffering - and it is worst in countries where food is expensive in terms of average wage. People are literally starving to death because of this recession.

I am not into party politics. I am not Tory or Labour or Liberal or even Monster Looney LOL

The FACT of the matter is that bad financial management by the G7 led by Chancellor Brown has pushed the World onto the rocks and he has destroyed the capitalist system - by removing all checks and balances and giving the cash mountain to the Greedy Bankers. ( not to be confused with those who work in the banks themselves )

We face meltdown and civil unrest all around the World next year as starving people take to the streets in many countries.

Companies are closing down every minute today - Woolies might shut its doors at 4p.m. tonight. Even the Revenue is losing 3,400 jobs just announced - no work because no one is working.

It is a bloodbath out there - and this is in December which is historically the best spending month of the year for 90% of businesses.

In January which along with August is the lowest spending month of the year we will see massive closures effecting every area of life.

Folio Hotels have just gone into admin ( 27 West of England hotel chain )

and the news keeps coming.

I have always posted on here that we were heading for this crash because of the policies put in place by Brown way way back. He is reaping what he sowed.

I blame him fairly and squarely for the GLOBAL problems. The USA sub prime could not have existed if BROWN had regulated UK banks properly like Ken Clark did..........so the BUCK stops with Brown and he has to stop spinning that it is everyone elses fault but his.

His own spin suggests that he is a financial genius....well the facts dont support that do they. He had the biggest period of sustained WORLD growth when he became Chancellor - based on his predessors in USA and UK. Yet he has frittered that away leading us into a recession which will make the 30s seem like a party.

I do suggest that every battens down the hatches - cuts spending to essentials - and buys only essentials - spend locally - and try and support what is left of the live and recorded music business. Preferably supprting indie labels and operations which are still viable.

The "myth" of UK being better off is a press release by BROWN - reality is different. Read the LOCAL paper sites on the net. 1000s of jobs going in every town day after day.

No, this was not a press release by Grodon Brown, but analysis by a leading French economist.

You're just using facts now. That's not fair

also 118 118 in Wales cutting 300

Experian Notts cutting 300

Aston Martin 300

and loads of small cos of under 100 people going under every day:S

you can also add my former employer, US bank Capital One to your list- 750 redundancies in Nottingham between August and December.

Then again, not long ago they closed their entire French operation down, also resulting in hundreds of redundancies over there.

In Hungary, my ex partner recently faced repossession of his flat as he couldn't pay the mortgage (fortunately his situation improved).

I just think you have no idea of what's happening to normal people in other countries. It's not that different from here.
