veritas it's a perfect example of what is wrong with a country that is now riven with too many laws and not enough order.

The problem..politicians and their endless campaigns to pressure police to do what can never be done..prevent crime. It is they who open up the floodgates for corruption.

We need the polce but they face extra-ordinary pressures. The ones who deal with horrific murders and accidents have a high burn-out rate. They need our support-but with proper oversights in place-and the last thing they need is political pressure.

I truly believe those in Parliament haven't got a clue about what the Westminster system is really about.
BR This story has not been covered ( yet ) by the National Press but is a total scandal if true.
