Wapping Hack That is fantastic. It does seem incredible that the British courts allowed witness statements without cross examination. An obvious breach of justice.

But from watching your movie and reading your transcripts and coverage I would say changing the dates in charges without allowing an alternative defence is equally unfair.

And I think even King haters and Human Rights haters would agree.
Solihull Exile Great news,and thoroughly well deserved.
But as mentioned the coloum inches will be considerably smaller than the origional wrongful conviction.
Still nice to know things are moving forward,even if at a much slower speed than we'd all like.
BR That case has always been a strange one and not suprised that it has been overturned.

Only a matter of time now. Your case has been described as an Abuse of Process by so many neutral commentators on TV and in the press - that it can only be a matter of time.

But when it happens the column inches will be very small because it is not a "Good Story" !!!
JK2006 ECHR decision paves the way for a positive result in my case.
