Topic History of: BBC3 link announcements

Dominic Dee I only watch BBC3 for Family Guy. Twice last week they goofed with announcements which seem to be pre-recorded. After an episode where Meg lands the family with their own reality show, the announcer told us that coming next was the episode where the family get their own reality show. Then on Friday, after an episode where Peter's (the Family Guy) wife got him drunk so that he could win a piano contest, the announcer said that the next episode was one where Peter's wife gets him drunk so that he can win a piano contest.

ITV3 did a similar thing when the annoucer asked us to stay tuned for Sherlock Holmes after the episode had just finished.

I help raise funds for a university TV station who's team would cringe at such sloppy standards. I wonder who the professional TV companies employ these days.
